13 electoral districts in West Kilkenny such as Urlingford, Johnstown, and Tullaroan will be joining a new Tipperary North Constituency under the electoral commission’s recommendations published this morning. 

Malcolm Noonan, Minister for Heritage and Electoral Reform, and Sinn Feinn TD Kathleen Funchion join Brian in studio to discuss the repercussions. We also hear from TD John McGuinness and TD Jennifer Murnane O'Connor about their reaction to the constituency redrawing.
