Because this keeps happening, it's happening so much in Europe that we're really starting to stop finding it even surprising, it's completely a matter of "when?" now, not "if". They talk about other things because nothing else happens, prayers are said for the victims, they're remembered, and then a few months later, half a year later, more people are killed, rinse and repeat, no wonder people are frustrated.
