As far as panning, I do pan some things a bit to the left & some a bit to the right. Then I like to offset the right & left sides by a few milliseconds. My last song, I offset the left & right sides on the master, so the entire song is offset. I would go maybe -.4 on the left & +.3 on the right, offsetting them from each other by .7 (for example). I love the sound of the speakers being slightly offset from each other. Is this a bad idea?
