A new mix by Gi Gi, who is known for making music between ambient, downtempo, dub and trip hop.

For this mix, however, he increases the energy & tempo considerably, while maintaining the sense of texture that informs his music.

He recently put out an album on Quiet Time Tapes in September, and has previously released on Good Morning Tapes, INDEX:Records, and Ways Inner Pass.

I shared the night with many underground DJs from across Japan, and it was one of those rare moments where I could fully express my own style while playing abroad. This mix is a re-recording based on the tracks I played that night, a slightly more underground version that showcases my trippy, genre-blending sound.
