No joke, the Netflix animated series Arcane is some of the BEST narrative and artistic storytelling masterpieces ever created.  It also has a banger soundtrack featuring original music from artists like Woodkid, Denzel Curry, Sting and Ashnikko, some of them harmonically composed to mirror the pop to orchestral motifs used as musical narrative devices through the 2 seasons of the show.

I'm lucky that my friends and I totally geek out about this show, for my birthday in 2024 we threw our SECOND arcane-themed party in time for the season 2 finale.  Of course I had to throw the f down, using as many of the upbeat songs from the show as I could mixed in with high-energy underground bass and rocktronica songs and tie everything together BPM wise.  This current file is a raw recording from the night (which was actually my first time running through the whole set lol) and includes some silent parts when we turned it down to sing the birthday song <3

This is the first of many tunes I will be releasing that involves me remixing old tracks I had on my Sony Ericsson Walkman phone. The first track is a remix of an absolute classic produced by 'Dexplicit' called 'Might Be'. I tried to stay true to the original tune while adding a more bass-filled modern twist. I want to see the gun fingers out for this one!
