Waluigi was taken due to a tragic go-karting accident where he was hit by every single item you could think of and then falling off the road, to the point of which he might as well be considered dead and was taken by the teleporter.

Robbie was taken when he fired a cannonball into himself like a complete bumbling idiot while trying to assassinate Sportacus, to which he was also taken by the teleporter.

Together, they both see Spy as a threat to their nefarious acts and also attempt to rob him of his various expensive equipment to sell for the big bucks.

"This is basically deltafell spamton neo but neo is renamed to denuvo as if the drm anti-crack protection
denuvo is one of the hardest drms to crack, therefore spamton will originally start with high df stats and will slowly dminish it and switch to full offense once hes realizes hes losing then he switches to really high atk but that basically leaves him really vulnerable

Two years ago I had a concept for a secret battle of Deltarune for chapter 4, it consisted of a dark world made in Lake Hometown, therefore it would have an aquatic aesthetics or some pirates, so I decided to compose a subject which consisted of a "nemesis" for Kris, which would have its redemption as passed with Undyne. Taking this concept now I wanted to adapt it to how it would have been in Chapter 4.
