Nevertheless, end result is … I am a new person. Seriously, a new person. This is the first year in like 10 years where I only took one vacation and you know what? It killed me. My spirit. My mental. To travel is to live.

Life is short and the world is wide. I don’t see vacation as a luxury. I was born to wanderlust. I rather fill my life with adventures than a living room of furniture.

Always take the scenic route in life. I’ve already bookmarked my next trips in 2017. If you were meant to stay in one place you’d have roots instead of feet. Don’t live the same year and call it a life.

That’s my keep it 100 moment for this week.

Who didn’t have tears streaming down my eyes last week then you missed the biggest feels for 2018. &nbsp;The Speak Your Truth speech gave me hope that no matter where I come from or who I am it is important for me and you to speak your truth in my podcast, personal, and professional lives. Time is up! &nbsp; Oprah is the only reason I partially sat through watching the Golden Globes knowing I a powerhouse speech awaits and well deserved award. I love this woman and everything she represents. &nbsp;It goes without saying but she has graced her presence in everyone’s kitchen, living room, bedroom, and now mobile device at one point in their lives.&nbsp; &nbsp; When she speaks people listen! Dating can be very confusing for both men and women. The  #MeToo  movement has definitely helped a lot of women and men speak up about sexual assault and abuse.
