Drae Smith is a marketing and communication professional from East Palestine, Ohio. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Williamson College of Business at Youngstown State University in 2014. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

He is currently working as a business professional and sports broadcaster in Youngstown, Ohio. He is the road Play-By-Play voice for the Youngstown State Women's Basketball team on 570 WKBN & iHeartRadio. He also serves as sideline reporter for select radio and television broadcasts of Youngstown State Football. He hosts his own sports talk radio show, "The Mic Check" on Tuesday nights from 7-9pm on RookeryRadio.com

Drae is also an independent hip-hop recording artist. In 2012, he founded his own Independent Record Label, “Keep It Movin’ Music LLC”. In 2013, he embarked on a summer tour which included stops in Las Vegas, Houston, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and more. He has released multiple free mix tapes since 2006 and has shared the stage with acts such as Wiz Khalifa, Machine Gun Kelly, Yelawolf, Dizzy Wright, Jarren Benton, Twista, Three Days Grace, The Devil Wears Prada and more.
