Hailing from Sweden's omnipresent metal scene, Jakob Albert's dive into Berlin's club culture ten years ago opened new musical horizons and a devotion to the dynamism of the dancefloor. His desire to explore new musical territories remains intact, and with his mix for the Visions series he has curated a blend of old-school and contemporary house and techno focusing on the club's deeper sounds. Be aware, this set hits hard!

Dan B Hood (He/They/She) is a Chicago based Artist, DJ, and smartbar’s Lighting Designer. Inspired by construction sites, bathhouses and ‘acid heads’, Dan navigates raw textures and atmospheres to create momentary sensory escapes. They have released mixes on Mutant Radio, Bleak Narrative, and previously hosted a show on My House, Your House. As a new resident of Research & Development they are eager to continue community building by making spaces for dancers and artists to experiment and expand our growing network of like-minded folks across the planet.

Jayts has been part of the CTL Soundsystem collective for 12 years, collaborating with various artists through the raves they organize. He met Virgile at one of these events, and together they’re joining forces for a special downtempo set at Kiosk.


Paris-born and Brussels-based for three years, Virgile FM blends dub, punk, post-rock, and electronic sounds in his mixes. He’s also one half of the duo Cheval 1+1 alongside DJ Gibs.
