Let Freedom Ring. T.Woods honors Dr. King's legacy with his latest single "Freedom". The Distinguished Records CEO led the MLK March in his hometown of Seguin Texas back in January and debuted a stirring rendition of "Freedom" in front of the city. The single is a stark contrast from the quiet storm of "I'm On It" and highlights his connection to the famed inventor Granville T.Woods. While most acts have their sites set on the states Woods will co-headline a show in London at the top of April. Woods' ability to connect with such a broad swath of the listening public without compromising his integrity can be summed up with one word: Freedom.

Dragon Ball. Sir Michael Rocks keeps his foot on the gas and unveils a surprise leak with “Krillin In Yo Hood”. The latest audio leak is an homage to the famed Dragon Ball Z character and carries the same frenetic energy of Goku’s closest ally. Race Against Time. Indiana native K.Swoe first made his mark with a set of stellar cameos on Famsquad's "Divded We Fall" project. Listeners jumped out of their seats when they heard his scene stealing chorus on "I Get Me Me" featuring Sir Michael Rocks. Now it's Swoe's turn to tell his story. "Free Before Midnight" has the airy feel of a movie soundtrack and the vocal mastery of a grizzled veteran. The single is a classic Horatio Alger tale wrapped in an early 90s Spike Lee soundtrack. Chicago's favorite duo has an unparalleled sonic range; their gospel tinged "Family" is still in rotation on Power 92 and "Traumatize" is a haunting trap anthem. Cream Team were just selected to perform at Atlanta's inaugural Village Fest alongside acts like Two-9 and Gangsta Boo this summer. Fans of the group thankfully won't have to wait that long until the release of their official debut "Key 2 Life" which impacts this spring.

Date With Destiny. Cream Team Chicago officially launches into orbit with their debut project "Key 2 Life". The ambitious eight track offering is chock full of anthems from the gospel tinged "Family" to the inspirational title track. The duo have a stacked list of tour dates including London, Atlanta and Louisville and are already back in the lab with Cool Kids Dj Owen Bones on their next full length effort. "Key 2 Life" is an official declaration from Cream Team: reach for something greater than yourself.
