This was a really fun song to work on, @robynmod and I worked on it together in real time dynamically via Parsec while discussing it via discord voice chat (although I had to keep restarting my discord every hour because discord is SHIT!)
We composed this song using Robyn's two Yamaha TG55 synths, using a very cool feature of the TG55 where each unit can be set to play odd and even notes respectively, doubling the available polyphony. 
It's really fun collaborating in this way where it's like, we're both sitting at the same computer and swapping the mouse back and forth.
Also @robynmod is awesome and added lots of great stuff to the song, she has lots of cool ideas that inspire me a lot.
The end result is a really cool/quirky and fun song.

It was a really fun time collaborating in real time with dhr, it only took us an afternoon to start and finish a song and it turned out nicely. I would like to thank Paolo 'Synthmania' as without his demos on the TG55 I probably never would've purchased one. Without the TG55, I wouldn't have gone on to do MIDI music nor explored other synths. Thank you Yamaha TG55, TG55 forever !!!

Twin-G 55

Been listening to a lot of the Splatoon OSTs recently and wanted to make something inspired by those; I may do a full EP with this sorta stuff at some point, though my other EP will come first.

Inflicting Paint

opl2 song made for Winter Chip XVI earlier this year. It got 54th/318 overall, and 2nd/13 in the AdLib soundcard category!

I'm always surprised when these strange and dissonant entries of mine for things like that place high but I guess i shouldn't be at this point.

opl2 is probably my favorite soundchip, but one of the few things I don't like about it is it being exclusively mono. So for these soundcloud uploads I like to try things to turn them into a stereo experience! It doesn't always turn out great since the music wasn't intended to be heard that way, but i've liked trying different things. This one was making it so each channel is gradually changing between L/R positions at different rates from each other. A different method than I tried for the "Can You Defeat The PAIN CRYSTAL [RUINS DEFENSE MECHANISM2]? (no)" upload.
