Kefas is a talented Puerto Rican singer and songwriter who has been captivating his audience since a young age. With his first album, 'Siete Meses,' released in 2010, Kefas surprised everyone with his standout single 'Quien Sabe,' which made its mark on the Latin Rock charts. However, it wasn't until his second album, 'Un Día,' released in 2012, that he gained official recognition and showcased significant musical growth. He performed at the Centro de Bellas Artes, becoming one of the first independent artists to achieve this remarkable milestone. His success led to the creation of the CD/DVD 'Un Día, El Concierto,' and the 'Un Día Tour,' where he took his music to cities across Puerto Rico and later to Florida.
In 2018, Kefas surprised his audience with a series of acoustic concerts titled 'Fuerte y Desenchufado,' bringing his music to the United States. In 2019, Kefas decided to diversify his style with his third album, 'En La Guitarra No Se Juega,' which was selected as one of the top 20 productions by the portal 'Prensa Sin Censura.' Despite the limitations imposed by the pandemic in 2020, Kefas performed at various virtual festivals, including Rocket Fest, IndieMOV Fest, Colectivo Reset Fest, Random Fest, Festival Alianza, ALV Fest, and CrescIndie Fest.
In 2022, Kefas released his fourth studio album, 'Vendrán Días Mejores,' produced by Mike Mulet and Reggie Mulet. The record showcases the composer's stage and reflects the duality of life, leaning towards the optimistic side. The production was well-received by the audience and led him to perform in Puerto Rico and Florida, USA. In August 2023, Kefas served as the opening act for the legendary Argentine band Los Enanitos Verdes in Puerto Rico.
Kefas' career is an example of dedication, passion, and perseverance in music, and his music truly represents the Puerto Rican spirit that captivates any audience.
