Stefan Goldmann represents the modern artist despite or exactly for the reason of being a consistent part of the electronic music scene. Aside from running his label Macro the Berliner operates in various fields. As a DJ and producer he mainly focuses on techno music with an experimental touch and additionally is connected to the world’s most famous clubs Berghain/ Panoramabar, but that is just one tiny part for Stefan to express his passion for music. The artist likes to cross musical frontiers with compositions for music theatre, films, ensembles and dance. On top of that Goldmann writes the monthly Berghain column and published his book ‘Presets’ as well as several articles in magazines. Furthermore he was a guest lectures at Universität der Künste in Berlin and did production workshops in places such as Mongolia, Guatemala or Japan. With his art:cast Stefan focuses on the deep, yet raw and experimental side of techno music and introduces his audience to soundscapes that are far away from being called ordinary, still remaining melodic and memorable. This month, he his curating f(t) festival at Berlin's Radialsystem venue. The two day event features artists such as Shackleton, Rrose, Ensemble Modern and others, and has Goldmann premiering an entirely new live set based on irregular metres.

Konstantin Gabbro’s music thrives on the unorthodox, the experimental and the unknown. Ranging from house cabaret numbers to collaborations featuring acoustic instruments and vocals, his sound is genre-defying and continues to shy away from familiar formats. Currently Konstantin is performing a live set evolving around a drum machine and a modular rig, a small shuttle carrying sounds, preconceived and accidental, on a psychedelic journey.

Konstantin’s music history began with childhood piano and music theory lessons. Some ten years later his love for synthesizers had grown greater than the one he had for Italian romantics and the Russian Five. In the years to follow he played keyboards for (international band of mystery) The Absolute Beginners, formed the trio Star Polar, ever continuously spending time toying with various synths and samplers, avid ToysRus products. With his friend and Star Polar mate Randy Jones aka Caro he will later launch Orac Records (https://www.discogs.com/label/5208-Orac-Records), an experimental dance music affair which had no real issues releasing anything from the obscure War Dialer to the legendary Conrad Schnitzler (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conrad_Schnitzler).

A few years later another label will emerge under Konstantin’s guidance - Adjunct Audio. His partner in crime this time is Ken Gibson aka [A]pendics.shuffle. A colorful slew of 12”s will come into the world - frivolous, adventurous, and forward thinking tracks by artists from around the globe(https://www.discogs.com/label/45124-Adjunct).
