Keith Tucker and Gerald Donald of Dopplereffekt did it……They finally got together two of the originators from the monumental Detroit electronic groups Aux88 and Drexciya. The combination of these two musicians has created a retro bombardment of funk as only Keith Tucker and Gerald Donald can bring. That unearthly eerie funk and strings from other worlds. This release gives a sense of a melding of Cybotron and Kraftwerk….That snappy intelligent funk that Detroit so heavily influenced and unleashed to the universe

1) "Star Gazing"- Is reminiscent of Cybotrons eclectic funk style with Tucker unmistakable electronic vocals and electronic beats slapping you in the face.

2) "Telescope Array"- Is an extension of Gerald Donald legendary aliases that give listeners that cold minimal drum and beautiful arps that hypnotize. Thumping bass line and …..bonus vocal interlude at the end of this interstellar track

Konerytmi is the brain-child of longtime Electro artist Kirill Junolainen who's making Electronic music since the late 80's. His creativity is a fusion of Electro, Italo and Acid, analog audio with a precise vision. Project started in 2019.

He also creates a lot of visual works. Konerytmi is focusing on live performances now.

Despite adhering to specific codes and norms, it is a sound that refuses to be pigeonholed. It is with this in mind that Shipwrec has collected a wealth of international talent to showcase their own vision of this bracing style. Serge Geyzel incises from the needle drop, the acid blistered "Still There" is sliced and quartered by scissoring snares. Endfest changes the trajectory with the modular warmth of "La Chouffe" before the lines change and Manasyt delivers the darkened angles and punishing percussion of "Row Hammer." Exactly one year after my 2022 release entitled 'Agitation Propaganda', I return with a collection of new tracks that were produced between the middle of 2022 and early 2023. This 20-track album, as the title suggests, is a tribute to the love affair that I have with making music. In 2023 I celebrate my 40th birthday so I thought it was good timing to release a concept album that pays homage to the one true love that I've ever known- Synthesis ♥️

This album, as with the last, relies heavily on the sounds of classic synthesizers/drum machines like Mono/Poly, MS-20, SH-101, Jupiter-8, Juno-106, SH-2, JX-8P, System 100, Juno 60, JX-3P, TB-303, Polysix, TR-606, OB-8, TR-808, ARP Odyssey, as well as some contemporary additions to my studio like Hydrasynth, System 8, MC-707, MicroFreak, Prophet Rev2, Novation Peak, Minilogue, SE-02, and Microkorg.

The artwork for the album was done by the brilliant artist Kelly Gilleran, who also just so happens to be my long-term girlfriend. She is a pattern designer, painter, and illustrator. Her work can be found here: www.kellygilleran.redbubble.com/

The music scene in Detroit has a long history of producing many forms of music and special artist. Keith K1 Tucker is one of those artists; he has been globally influential in the age of “Detroit Techno and Electro.” Keith Tucker, as an Artist and DJ, has captured this vision in his extensive catalog. Co-founder of AUX-88, and also known as DJ K-1, Alien FM, KT-19941, and his (Alter Ego) movie score sounds of Optic Nerve. Tucker Created electro mayhem in the mid 90‟s to create the electro revival you hear so prominent in the new millennia today.

Tucker has recorded as Frequency on the famous Label Metroplex While Touring Live and Djing around the world Tucker has performed and programmed Juan Atkins first live shows as Model 500. Tucker has also toured extensively as Dj K1, Live performances as Aux88 & Optic Nerve. Tucker went on to explores his own personas in 2020 leaving Aux-88 to keep creating music with his record label PUZZLEBOX Records. Tuckers many releases, interviews, reviews and performances in the U.S and Europe, has given him the recognition he deserves.
