Meticulous attention to detail is given to each project and I aim for perfection in every track I mix.

All mixes are created using a variety of choice pieces of vintage analogue gear including early 90s SSL 4000 G channels and the original 1976 Fleximix sidecar console from Trident studios. This gives the mixes more punch, sheen and width than mixing in the box alone.

Many mix engineers use drum replacement samples as a quick fix these days, but I believe in keeping it real and never use samples unless absolutely necessary. When samples are needed, I use my own private collection. These samples are all pre-EQ, allowing me to craft the sound for the song and were recorded using Neve 1081/1073 preamps in the best drum rooms in the U.K. Each drum is hugely multi-sampled using around 200 hits each and they are as close to the real thing as possible.
