Reigning as a champion collector of the rarest jump-up drum’n'bass music, Keith Whomp is no stranger to the world’s truest underground electronic music scene. Originally from Windsor Ontario, Keith now lives on the west coast of Canada and is progressive in his performance experiences already djing coast to coast for the past 5 years. First inspired by a roommate who spun electro music, Keith continued to develop his original dj style through his regular attendance to the mighty Fixed Fridays hosted by the iconic Dj Bias… where here he fell in love with the jump-up sound. His shows have included djing at Bassheadz Thursdays in Edmonton, Sound Soldier Fridays in Toronto, Timeless Bar in Toronto, Summer Breakz in Vancouver, and he has also thrown his own event known as the D’n'B Boom in Calgary in May 2009. Keith Whomp’s style is to bring the straight down and dirty floor killers and mixes these with ease with his cuts and dirty mixes. If you’ve heard Keith spin, you know you’re in for a serious dance floor treat! Looking the future Keith has plans to begin his own drum’n'bass weekly in Vancouver in the future!!!
