I sometimes wonder what's the epilogue of life
like is there some conclusion to prove meaning inside time
concepts of existence

I've experienced a lot of fucking suffering
first second, second hand but no arm reached out to cover it
i feel sun bleached the way I'm lying on the sand
my personality deep but on the surface it stays bland

superficial suicide turns new loves into new hates
the violence of the imagery leads me to feeling like I'm too late
its a circle i still see when I'm riding the train to a new date
but still wake up feeling empty but get up cuz its a new day

messages of suicide turned into ammunition
depressions now a weapon and its there to make you listen
expedition of my mission i been tryna turn in missing
I'm in search of recognition make a repetition till tradition



superficial suicide is faking your own death
and when it doesn't go your way you send another goodbye text
scatter in "I love you" and voice note to show upset
its all a toxic mind game to control and lose respect

i refuse to get involved with the game of taking lives
the one who isn't speaking is the one who hates their life
the one who doesn't argue is the one that hurts inside
and the one that screams out words is the one who plays with minds

suicidal devil the way that I play with death
I got a moment of aggression to a lifetime filled regret
used to pray to god but no answers cuz he just left
now superficial suicide is how I get my rest
