Elemental Vol. 9 continues the journey begun in Vol. 1, returning to the meeting point of nature and circuitry where country becomes techno and techno becomes country. Jonah Kelland Radu, known professionally as Kelland, is a Vancouver-based artist, songwriter, and producer making waves in electronic dance music.
