Time passes, and the people of Ukraine continue to suffer from the Russian war of aggression. We feel obliged not to watch this cruelty wordlessly and idly. The senseless violence emanating from Russia is condemned by us in the strongest possible terms.

With Pieces for Peace we want to show that we as a community are aware of the people in Ukraine and that their suffering is not unseen. But from this we also want to be able to contribute to the relief efforts. In order to use it efficiently, all the proceeds of the campaign will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross, which is tirelessly at work, whether in the humanitarian or diplomatic field.

The compilation will only be available for two weeks. After that, all collected proceeds from it will be donated to the ICRC.

All artists are offering their contribution to this EP without any financial compensation.

Dafür verwegene, dreifach destillierte, dunkelbunt eingefärbte Tanzmusik in zeitgenössischer Auf-die-Zwölf Architektur; im Fachjargon auch als Brett bezeichnet. Dafür haben sich Just Emma mit ihrem Produzenten- und Feier-Freund Joss Martin zusammengetan, und das Resultat geht in seiner schlingernden Eingängigkeit tatsächlich nochmal deutlich über die Summe dieser bemerkenswerten individuellen Talente hinaus. Dole & Kom schreiben die Geschichte im unbemüht fließenden Vibe und doch auf unerklärliche Weise zwingenden Druck von Groove-Altmeistern neu. Und The Glitz zetteln mit dem auf den Punkt gebrachten Knall ihres Remix noch eine weitere Runde ausufernden Tanzflächen-Krawall an.
Despite the title, there's no singing girls in here. Nope, it's just a bold, triple distilled, nocturnal and highly intoxicating piece of dance music, designed to hit the floor with maximised impact; we could also just call it a classic banger. Just Emma joined creative forces with fellow producer and party animal Joss Martin, and the rolling and grinding result does indeed exceed the sum of this remarkable reunion of talent. Dole & Kom rewrite this story in the unmistakable style of highly experienced old hands, mixing a smooth, unpretentious vibe with some carefully incorporated kick-ass features. The escalating dancefloor riot goes on and on, as The Glitz throw in another high-octane remix that is bursting with bass-heavy peaktime vibes.

Therefore, we do not consciously perceive this whole process and the briefly reduced incidence of light. On average, this procedure is conducted 10-15 times per minute. In moments of great excitement, joy or concentration, we can blink significantly less often. Due to the excessive focus, the blinking becomes a consciously controlled process for a certain amount time. The first Joe Carl EP on KataHaifisch contains two tracks. Image design and composition is probably one of the most fundamental forms of artistic expression. This field of art is almost infinite in its possible manifestations. An image can be created with highly complex computer programmes or with the simplest of means. In the digital cosmos, each pixel can be configured exactly according to the artists ideas and wishes. In contrast, impressive works of art can also be created with natural materials such as stones, twigs or with coal. The ability to compose images is as complicated as it is simple. It depends on the artist and his creative intention. The Canvas remix by Just Emma & Urem is a little darker than the original version. Expressive percussions and analogue-sounding synths give the song a clubby makeover. Elements of the original track are used thoughtfully and in specific places. Among other things, the unique vocals are incorporated into the new composition. Overall, this remix is a successful addition to the original and presents another form of Canvas music. Thank you for this piece of art.
