I've recently received some messages from people who were asking about a podcast of mine that was apparently lost from soundcloud, called "Wanderlust". 
It was one of my first ever podcasts, somewhere around 2015/16 (no way to find the exact date at this point :) .. and after some searching, I found out that the podcast channel had deleted all their podcasts, including mine. I was never even notified of this action by them and it definitely felt a bit strange..
But luckily I still found the original on a backup harddrive.. so I hope you enjoy this 5 year old mix of mine, in case you didn't know it yet, or were one of those who missed the old one on soundcloud. The thought behind this mix was to express the feeling of loving to travel and get lost in it while being on the road..

Die bunte Farbenpracht des Herbst zeigt schon sein schönstes Gesicht, allerdings wollen wir uns nicht so recht damit abfinden, dass der Sommer schon vorbei sein soll.
Um die Open Air Gefühle wieder aufleben zu lassen, haben wir den Mitschnitt unseres Freundes @schwalheim auf einem Rave der @biotobt -Crew aus Jena als Sonderausgabe unseres 62ten Igelkarussell-Podcast zugespielt bekommen. Es war wohl eines der wenigen Open Airs dieses Jahr…Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für die außergewöhnliche Möglichkeit 🙏
Moritz alias Schwalheim sammelt Musik aus den verschiedensten Richtungen, jedoch fühlt er sich in den entspannten elektronischen Genres am wohlsten. Außerdem ist er noch mit dem DJ-Duo @slowrevolt unterwegs. Zusätzlich mischt er zusammen mit seinen @easy-tiger-jena ordentlich die hiesige Downtempo-Szene auf. Das noch recht junge Kollektiv ist mittlerweile in aller Munde und hat sich dort zu einer festen Größe etabliert. Tierisch gute Stimmung ist auf ihren VAs auf jeden Fall vorprogrammiert🐅
Sein Mix soll eine Art Hommage an den fast ausgebliebenen Festival-Sommer sein. Mit dem Set hat er versucht seinen musikalischen Werdegang zu verarbeiten und neu zu interpretieren, indem er viele alte Perlen ordentlich runtergepitched hat. Ingesamt erlebt man in dem Mix einen sehr schwungvollen Drive, der den Hörer in ungeahnte Sphären abdriften lässt. Man Stelle sich nur die Szenerie vor: Sonnenuntergang auf einem familiären Fest an einem heißen Sommertag - Mehr muss man dazu eigentlich nicht wissen, um den Vibe zu spüren🌞

____Wie bist du zur elektronischen Musik gekommen?
Als erstes war da eine lange, innige Liebe zu Rap und seinen Wurzeln im Funk und Soul. Dann eine Affäre mit Disco Edits und Proto House, während alle nur noch zu Kirmes-Elektro-Parties wollten. Das Fidget und Tech House-Zeug war so gar nicht meins, seelenlos. Nach ein zwei Jahren inneren Widerstands und letztlich diggen in den richtigen Kisten waren ich dann aber auch bereit, Herz und Augen bald weit offen.

____Wo hast du diesen Podcast aufgenommen und nach welchen Kriterien hast du deine Tracks ausgewählt?
Nach zehn Tagen im Schweige-Retreat hab ich erstmal überlegt, ob ich überhaupt noch was zu sagen hab. Nein, im ernst… für einmal kein Ziel im Weg. Aufbruch statt Abriss, Entdeckungsreise. Zwei Stunden sorgenfrei, Exkurs aus dem COVID mindfuck. Frisches, Bewährtes, Lokales und Wiederentdecktes... Die Podcast-Serie ist ja insgesamt sehr divers und abwechslungsreich. Ich mag Vielfalt, mache lieber mal einen Spagat, als zu Homogenes.

____Welche Tracks stechen für dich besonders raus, und warum?
Rafael Vogel in Zeitlupe (um Minute 16)… die mystische Schönheit dieser Chor-Elemente und das Sounddesign hauen mich auch im repeat-mode um. Dann O/Y’s Interpretation der Hasenjagd (ab 1:00:30), insbesondere der zweite Teil – wer findet da noch Worte… Ausser vielleicht: ja, mehr! Gleich im Anschluss die Genossen Oilst und mf jaeger, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und sicken Klangfarben aus dem modularen Malkasten.

After one year in clubs, abandoned buildings, dark basements and many joyful open airs, we released our first compilation, containing tracks of the main members of Keller: Beatmoertelz, Agja, Jozak Sander and Cinthie. The first three founded the label in spring 2012, but we operate much longer.

Keller is an underground party community around our hometown berlin, always searching for different and special locations. We have our own headquarter, production studios and club in Berlin-Neukölln.
