​​Null Acht Fünfzehn, a German expression pointing out how average or mediocre something is. Not worth mentioning let's say.. which is an exact contradiction of what they have done with their brand new EP.

Consisting of members from Brigade and Kahl & Kamaena, this Berlin threesome hooked up 2 years ago and used their time to perfect the art of creating subtle music with maximum efficiency.

Although they may present it as somewhat underwhelming and not too serious, what these three buddies have to offer is nothing less than impressive. Slowed down, ghostly yet truly effective electronic work that's ready to fog up the dance floor.

The first Moodfamily release brings co-founder and Belgian strong man AMyn to the table. 

The first track is the title track of the EP called 'Twisted River'. It’s a musical work that takes you a few years back combining a steady groove with an abstract melody that reaches beyond audible frequencies which will haunt dancefloors everywhere. It grabs and releases tension while it flows like a – you guessed it – twisted river.

Canson delivers a melancholic and deeply personal variation on the original twisted melody. While his piano hypnotizes, the main melody is cut, sliced and placed carefully, provoking subtle escapes from the main theme.  

The bassline brings more focus to this new mood which is created throughout the track by not grabbing the attention but rather fueling a sensitive groove. This brings the song into a completely new atmosphere fueled by a haunting synth which builds gently as the song evolves. 

The B-side, 'Gloam' might as well be the A-side as it requires somewhat more attention, but after listening to it for a few times it sticks to your mind. The melody is looming and it moves freely over a careless groove. It is a tad slower, but this allows a clear pronunciation of the musical phrases.

For eleven years already, Fenou has been a synonym for a stylish sound between harmonious electronica and swinging minimal electro. The small but fine sub-division of the well-known Mo's Ferry Productions has created an entirely own niche within the international club scene. Since 2010 the „Fenou Bouquet“ compilations have also established themselves as a representative overview of the multifaceted work of the Berlin-based talent factory. After the previous parts have been compiled by fantastic music selectors such as Marcel Knopf, Dapayk and Douglas Greed, the Leipzig-based musician and producer Stefan Streck aka The Micronaut is responsible for Vol.4. Welcome to „Fenou Bouquet Vol.4 by The Micronaut“!

The Micronaut already left his mark on the last „Fenou Bouquet“ compilation with his track called „Two Lovers“. After the Leipzig-based artist has already released three longplayer elsewhere and rocked the floors at festivals such as the Fusion, the Dutch Eurosonic or Tallinn Music Week, The Micronaut now proudly presents himself as one of the most exciting and promising newcomers on Fenou! Just like the previous „Fenou Bouquet“ releases, Vol.4 kept the conceptual idea to provide a rousing mix of new exclusive tracks, remixes and carefully selected material from the extensive Fenou-Rooster. Although for the first time there is a non-Fenou title that found its way on Vol.4: „Rockit“ by Greeko originally published on Mo's Ferry.

Although the mixture of „Fenou Bouquet Vol.4 by The Micronaut“ is as diverse as the artists themselves, there is a recurring theme: „I wanted to tell a story with the compilation of these tracks,“ said the Micronaut describing this handpicked composition of Vol.4. The compilation represents the likes and dislikes of this Thirty-something guy from Saxony, who also produces soundtracks and image films for various companies. „I like blue, tragic, epic tracks. Tracks that stimulate the inner eye and create images. Tunes that are simply danceable, would be too dull for me.“ And so The Micronaut presents not only The Magician & The Scientist, From Karaoke To Stardom but also Interelektrika and Zaquoir. „I want to take people on a trip.“ A journey that begins with the opener by Martin Kohlstedt and slowly but steady continues to build. „‚Am‘ is a great way to get in the mood. It is also very interesting to hear the interplay of beat and harmony in Lake Powel's ‚Bright Eyes, Dirty Hair (Acid Pauli & NU Remix)‘ while Dapayk's remix of Mooryc ‚Simply‘ pushes forward with high intensity. This dancefloor steamroller is really very out of character, but represents an important contrast to the mood of the entire track list.“

The title track, produced by ACUD and BEATMÖRTELZ, is here new interpreted in an impressive way by the downtempo specialists ARUTANI and O/Y, by RODION (ALIEN ALIEN), which is known for his massive Nu-Disco Skills, and finally, in a faster version, by AIO. Further LUKAS ENDHARDT gives the poetic track FLIEGEPETER a new look. The original version by ACUD will be published also in a radio version.

@imperieux tracks used to be the secret weapon in KE//ER compilations. Coming out from the Bulgarian underground scene, for years his productions were obsessed over by crate-diggers and overprotective DJ's, hesitant to give them away. This is changing. The young artist has gained a substantial following including names such as Dixon and Àme and hardly a festival goes by without his tracks being played. Naturally, we were very excited when he showed us new music. His first full EP on KE//ER marks him not only delivering elegance to dancefloor bangers but also bringing in leftfield, UK style productions, and we couldn't be happier. "As Their Ways Intersect" comes out in August. Don't sleep on it.

Keller is an independent label for electronic music, based in berlin. Breaking down the barriers between melodic techno and deep house, our releases explore the unknown territories of sound.

After one year in clubs, abandoned buildings, dark basements and many joyful open airs, we released our first compilation, containing tracks of the main members of Keller: Beatmoertelz, Agja, Jozak Sander and Cinthie. The first three founded the label in spring 2012, but we operate much longer.

Keller is an underground party community around our hometown berlin, always searching for different and special locations. We have our own headquarter, production studios and club in Berlin-Neukölln.
