“Nothing Can Hurt Me” is about the first three stages of grief and the emotional experience an individual may have as a response to loss and death; in this case, death of the former self. Ripped from the pages of songwriter John Moran’s new E.P and redecorated by Co-Producer / wizard Jake Nicoll the song also features alt witch rocker Kelly McMichael. This three-way collaborative effort spawned from St John’s, Newfoundland is a velvety slow jam, packed with 80’s Yamaha keyboard sounds, cascading vocal harmonies, and kaleidoscopic doom/gloom that will have you feeling right at home in this dark world.
