'Bus' means 'Stop it/Enough/No more' in Hindi, a phrase I picked up from my parents & grandparents as a kid.
This song is an observation of sadness, tiredness & the different ways that ppl try to cope with those intense feelings, via some form of vice to achieve escapism, a self-created private floating nirvana. 
It seems like a great idea to give into things of that nature if you're in a dark place, but sometimes you have to realise the difference between enjoyment & overindulgence. Lyrics below :)
