Balabalaa meaning Butterfly in Yuwaalaraay Language. 
Wayaarra - Warrior/Currant Bush in Yuwaalaraay Language. 

The song is about how the butterflies love the Warrior Bush, when it is in flower they cover the bushes. You find all the caterpillars crawling on the bush too. The butterflies attract the birds, who come to feed on the butterflies and all the little caterpillars. The little fruit or wild grape from the bush can be eaten and it fruits in the warmer months.
