JLM and Chris Wang started the party Love Dancing in 2009 in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Love Dancing, along with Jesse Proudfoot and Chris Allen’s Good Faith,  was a formative dance experience for many of us in Vancouver and an essential ingredient in the Mood Hut stew. The music on this disc dates from that period and captures some of the energy of the Love Dancing parties. We hope you enjoy it.

@Lehult coming through with their fifteenth release from label strongholds Liem and Eddie Ness. As ever, holding true to their hallmark sound, this is four tracks of clean yet reverberatingly thumping house music with that authentic Lehult stamp.

Introducing the B-side, and the title of the EP, "Where Is The Shredmaster" is what Liem and Eddie Ness do best, manipulate and mould a sample loop into a metronomic and hypnotic dance floor piece. The almost chime like sample anchor's the track, encased in a clean yet thudding percussion cocoon is counterbalanced by jazz inspired nuances, which shimmer throughout. Will go fast - not to be missed.

Texas-born, Berlin-based producer Textasy (@aciddallas) bends the curve onto harsher, hardcore-inflected techno terrains with 'Acid Eater', the debut iteration of @craigie-knowes' newborn C-KNOW-EVIL sub-branch.

Mustelide is the singer, songwriter and producer Natallia Kunitskaya, who creates a world of peculiar sounds, characters and images, using environmental samples collected from all over the world, analogue synthesizers and singing in Russian, her mother language. She explores and designs her sound, packaging it in the form of pop music, which often bears quite idiosyncratic results, e.g. a drum section sampled entirely from the cries of owls or flamenco dances.
Although a long time fan of analogue synths and drum machines, Mustelide challenges herself in her latest album by cultivating her sounds entirely from recordings of broken orchestral instruments.
Natallia hardly names her residence city, being between Minsk and Berlin all the time. In her music you can also feel the bizarre mix of East and West, modern and retro, pop and experimental.
Her third album Ginseng Woman is devoted to the idea of women's sacred abilities, alongside an anti consumerist ideology, where she proves, that even broken instruments can resonate as much as overpriced gear. Referring to Karel Capek's satiric 1936 novel ,,War with the Newts", the sixth record of the YAPPIN chronicles is DJ Neewt's second attempt to transfer Capek's dystopian imagery of suppression and monetarisation onto a sonic level. This EP is a pass to deep and psychedelic spheres, a clash of despair and hope, hegemony and appetite for freedom and independency, an alternation of tension and relief, of simplicity and complexity. Distant, reverberating voices wallowing in broad synthesizer soundscapes, incisive bass lines twining percussive patterns - everything is cyclic but yet somehow progressing. The three tracks on ,,Mud Voices" are not just functional tools to inject some trance and breaks into your DJ set, they are the creative outcome of DJ Neewt interrogating Karel Capek's view on totalitarianism, postcolonialism and social Darwinism - an attempt to put a sonic complexion to the marvelous science fiction story the Czech author had told in dismal and desperate times.
