Heroes III: The Trill-OG (Trilogy)

A breath of fresh air has arrived in the music industry! Kelswagga and KelSwagga Entertainment is defining the word MOVEMENT. Born in Richmond, KY, bred in Cincinnati, OH. At an early age Kel has an ear for Hip-Hop/ R&B music. At age 9, Kel started studying the history of Rap. After a few years, age 12, he grabbed a pen and never looked back. As a Sophmore in High School Kel signed first solo deal with (then) Arkai Productions where he wrote, produced and recorded with local artists.
 There he released a string of singles and a mixtape that created a buzz in Richmond.
 
After local shows and guest appearances, Kel moves to Tennessee and signs with Yayoda records. There he is able manage, free range, of his projects and have creative control over newly signed artists. Kel’s 2nd mixtape “Gift of the Gab” in 2005 finally gives him the hype he is looking for. Kel worked as an A&R talent scout and completed production on multiple “Southern Kings”mixtape projects in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. In 2007, Kel returns to Kentucky and adopts the name KELWAGGA, starting a record label under the same name.
 
Inspired by the likes of LLCOOL J, Nas, 2pac, NWA, etc. Kelswagga has developed a sound that models success. Today. Kelswagga continues to run a successful mentoring program in the Over the Rhine and downtown Cincinnati areas. Outreach for abused children and Summer Enrichment classes continue keep kids off the streets and teach the sound of music. Artist Development is in the works and will start taking students September 1, 2012.
