Pacing the Platform 26 w/ upsammy on NTS (20.02.25)

Recording from a special night at Ankali for the Dekmantel party 2 weeks ago, it’s one of the best clubs in Europe for me, truly a place for pure creative expression.

From House to Techno to Ghetto Tech to more minimal and tribal and dub stuff. Lately, I feel like I’m getting deeper into my sound and storytelling as a dj. I’m also getting better at playing with 3 decks, and I got back into vinyl. It changes everything, the music feels physical again. I'll try to share things more spontaneously like this one in the future, thanks for your constant support.

Next up at Markham we’ve got a mix from the ever busy/ever thoughtful basic chanel. Employing a wide range of Newtonian physics, this mix comes through at a mind bending tempo. Hinting at breaks, psy trance, and dubstep, listeners are allowed to enjoy all the cakes instead of settling for one silly flavour. basic chanel’s tenure at the reigns of Untitled909 have brought many an influence to her craft… something that shines through in this one hour mix.
