The EP "Trapped in Time", released by the Berlin label WHATIPLAY is the first result of a cooperation between Marian Herzog and Modshape. Berlin-based like Marian Herzog, the DJ duo produces deep techno. The collaboration however, is a mix of powerful technobeats and playful melodies. The orginals "Trapped in Time" and "Keepsake" are already enticing musical works, while the "Trapped in Time" remix from label boss Sascha Braemer unites them into a wonderful release.

Die EP „Trapped in Time" ist das erste Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Marian Herzog und Modshape. und gleichzeitig auch das erste Release dieser Collaboration auf dem Berliner Label WHATIPLAY. A regular contributor to the Hive Audio catalogue from early on the Swiss producer is now teaming with Natasha Waters for his newest musical outing – the „Ghost EP“. Presenting a deep, damp and slightly fever'ish musical vision for the very heat of the night the pairing creates a wonderful, ever rolling tune with the original version of „Ghost“, perfectly amalgamating stripped down TechHouse garnished with spatial FX and haunting sounds and Natasha Waters' captivating, highly seductive vocals - a combination meant to turn this outstanding track into a long lasting future classic immediately.
With Definition on remix duties for „Ghost“ we see a very careful and masterly crafted rework here, sticking close to the mysterious vibe of the original cut, adding a little more punch here and there plus introducing a new organic synth bassline and tense string layers as well as a new approach to the vocal arrangements this one is perfect for grooving late night sessions.

He is always looking to further develop his productions and is not afraid to experiment using unique sounds and varied techniques to bring you a new musical journey. It is with pleasure to share one of his productions! His deep eerie vibe with Escher comes on the upcoming quality EP being released next month by Night Noise

MUSA EP: 

Steering clear of the dance floor with this release Night Noise presents its 34th release and in doing so returns to its roots of seeking out unknown artists and providing a platform for artists on it's roster to showcase their talents. 

'Musa' EP is a little bit different in that we asked the artist's involved to create a piece that is inspired by the people, places and music that surround them.

New to the label we have Robert Burbidge's Rubberlips feat Day whose beautiful song 'Without The Moon' kicks off the EP. We then have 'Ibicentric' who are fronted by former Sham 69 bassist Andy Prince and remixed by Night Noise regular 'Bedford Falls Players' Mark Cooper.

Regular Night Noise contributors Jamie Porteous, Yarni and AWITW all deliver music that sits somewhere between Chillout, Balearica and Experimental and in doing so they showcase their many individual talents.
