ALBUM: Unicorn Blues

Created with Reaper.  This is all synth drums & synth bass line created a year ago.  I should qualify that I'm not a drummer or bass player, but I've been having fun learning how to create drum & bass sounds using synthesizers.  This drum/bass combo was created to accompany a rock song I wrote, but now I'm thinking I may not use it in that song, so I thought I'd just upload it as-is, since I like something about it.  It reminds me of a squirrel hunting for a nut, I could see it in a video game. Want some music for a video game?  Send me a message.

Work in progress about human condition, need for people to unite, common identity is humanity, put faith in a good future, not apocalyptic one, to save human race.

 I have theory that just as observation collapses probability wave into particular reality in quantum double-slit experiment, the future is a probability wave, and our faith in it and expectation in it is how it collapses into the present moment, so we do create our future with our faith and expectations.  Why have faith in Revelations? In an apocalyptic future? It's madness! Stop it! Have faith in a GOOD future for humanity. Whoever wants apocalypse, and is trying to convince people to surrender their "faith" to apocalyptic future, is NOT a friend of humanity,

Song about having to sell your soul (figuratively maybe?) to be famous / hit rock star. As usual, it is a first take / rough draft / work-in-progress.  I'm not too polished in playing, but enjoy writing songs, so you are stuck with my playing/singing till I get in a band that wants to do my songs justice.

ROCK: Cocksure

A tiktoker, John Mark Nelson, provided some backing chords with an invitation to duet by making up the melody for a verse & chorus, and lyrics/theme.  So I came up with this.  I'm not playing anything, just lyricist and (poor) vocalist. Tripled the take, and added some EQ to middle take just to sort of fake feel of three verses?

Psychoblast is the greatest superhero ever.  His comic came out in late 80s, published by First Comics, it only ran for maybe 9 issues before being cancelled, one incredible, glorious arc.  Enough to cement his place as most awesome comic book hero ever.  Psychoblast, the germ from which the mind develops. It's power is unimaginable, perhaps infinite, perhaps a back door to steal godly omnipotence. And he has a three-way with two hot chicks!  While working as a janitor!  WTF??
