I tried something different this time by recording real drums and slap basses. It was not easy to put this together with electronic beats and synths but at the end it some how worked out very nicely. I even recorded my hometown and put these sounds in one of the tracks. I hope you like it… Have a good one.

Dark matter cannot be seen directly with telescopes. Evidently it neither emits nor absorbs light or other electromagnetic radiation at any significant level. Instead, its existence and properties are inferred from its gravitational effects on visible matter, radiation, and the large scale structure of the universe. Dark matter is estimated to constitute 84% of the matter in the universe and 23% of the mass-energy.

The previous Kozzmozz edition was sold out as usual and it was a damn good party. 
I played there together with Len Faki, Perc (live), Function and Kr!z. 
As a resident, I had the honour to warm up the room like I usually do. 
This is something that I love to do and in all modesty I can say that you hear in the mix.

To thank the fantastic crowd who joined me and lost themselves in the journey, here's my set I played that night.

In the beginning there was Jack ...

Today, I give you a special Old Skool House  mix, one that goes back to my early days.
These were some of the tracks that influenced me a lot and they most certainly have contributed a lot to who I am today. 
Back in the day, only a small and select open-minded scene really appreciated the electronic music. 
Me and my friends used to play these records on repeat in someone’s attic and when hitting the nightlife, we would wear the craziest outfits. 
The outside world considered us as weirdo’s
Yeah! The good old days…

But as the past is the future, Deep House and Garage House have been again on a rise these last years and some truly creative and legendary tracks are being released. 
And, as always, the future is digging back to the source and many new tracks are trying to bring back the 90’s sound. 
But truly, nothing beats the originals, the raw sound that paved the way for today’s sound.
And so, because we won’t forget ... this mix.
Let’s hope I can find the time to make a series out of these: I could play this stuff for several nights without playing a record twice… 

Anyway, I really enjoyed a lot recording this mix. I hope you will enjoy it too.
