In honor of upcoming Thanksgiving and my good friend Amae Love's Birthday, I wanted to release this collaboration as a FREE DOWNLOAD, to express our gratitude for all the amazing people in our lives.  This song is called "Presence".  It was written over an older song of mine called "Entheos Regenerated"  We've been performing it for the last 2 years or so and it felt like it was time to release it out into the world!  

I hope this song inspires you to be present in your own life and reclaim your right to live your own personal truth.  

Dedicated to all those people in the world who are taking a stand for what they believe in.

After the smoke subsides and clarity is restored, a new wave of perspective can finally permeate. Although the anger is necessary and just, it alone is not a balanced breeding ground for long term positive results. 

It is through gratitude and compassion that we can learn to love, and acquire alternative perspectives on forward progression. But love without discernment is a recipe for disaster. Balance is the key. 

There will be obstacles, but it is how we react to those obstacles that has the potential to liberate us or to enslave us. “Negativity” is an opportunity for growth. It reveals the “shadow” parts of yourself, therefore providing you an opportunity to confront and heal yourself.

This is the first collaboration between The Human experience and singer/songwriter ANIIML (formerly Lila Rose). We had such an incredible time working together. About 30 hours of work in 3 days during the extremely powerful times of "Venus in transit" and a Lunar eclipse birthed this song. Lila gave David Block her input every step of the way while he chose chord progressions, instruments/sounds, and arrangements. As the song unfolded she continued to develop lyrics. 3 days later, our song "Dusted Compass" was born.
