Closer (The Chainsmokers cover)

What a Friend I've Found was one of the songs that I used to play when I first picked up the guitar. It reminded me of the days I would simply kneel at the feet of Jesus and experience His love. His love is incomparable to any earthly love, even the love of our mothers, lovers, brothers and sisters. 

"For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die—but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Even with the longing for His love, reality is sometimes God feels so distant and it's hard to internalize the truth. Audrey's song sums that expression up perfectly.
