As one of SOLIDE’s founders, Kalyma has been a pivotal member in driving our vision forwards. He returns once again in the two track format with ‘Differences’, chiming in not so long after his ‘Clipper’ EP last year.
‘Differences’ strikes a different chord to some of Kalyma’s previous work. Still in keeping with his rhythmic style, this time round the vocal hook becomes the centrepiece. Underpinned by a swirling nu-disco synthline.
On the remix side, we are pleased to welcome Johannes Albert to the label for the first time. Known for both his production and DJing expertise, his label Frank Music sets a high bar for all things disco. He adds his signature touch to ‘Differences’, reworking Kalyma’s original into a jittering, late night dancefloor cut.

Spring is comin' (Cary Crank Mixtape 90 min)

Put a lot of effort into this one (track list below), slowly selecting tracks that are a stand out for me for 2022 so far.  I really enjoyed mixing this together, it's a real journey through various energy all containing the signature melodic sound that I love. 

This will be my last mix for a while as we welcome our new born any day now, hence the title of this mix :-)
