perspective

I recently had the honour of playing for On Rotation, at their 'Tribute to Alex T', at Wire. Working out what I was going to play in the week before the gig became a really emotional endeavour. Repeatedly thinking, 'what would Alex have liked?', over a period of a few days naturally led to thoughts of Alex in general. Amongst many other things about Alex, I loved his boundless enthusiasm for new music, and his constant chatter. I miss him.
