This was a banger of a day with some of the funnest people in Melbourne. I was so happy to have my homie Simon Kay from Salmonella Dub come and rock the trumpet and lay down that funky brass... ‘The Funk Factory’ is a place where fat house, breaks, hip-hop, bass music and funky glitch fuse together for your ultimate funk adventure. A Rooftop Day Doof bringing the colour, freedom and fun of the bush, beneath the city lights of one of Melbourne’s best rooftop venues, Top Yard. 

We have hand-picked Melbourne’s funkiest purveyors of sound that embody our good times ethos, and as the sun goes down The Funk Factory will come to life under the bright lights of Melbourne’s stella skyline.
