Now, decades after his ‘Tears’ alongside Frankie Knuckles, the Japanese-born, New York and Paris-based DJ, producer, remixer and label boss is still a regular feature in the sets of many of today’s underground elite. A student of jazz and classical piano, @satoshitomiie is a musically adept and accomplished producer who constantly evolved how he works. Experimenting with a new hybrid Modular DJ setup which sees him effortlessly fuse live analogue modular synthesis and with traditional DJ sets. Regularly playing clubs such as DC10, Rex and from South America to Tokyo while releasing music on labels such as @kaoztheory, @no19music, Holic, @yoyaku and his own Abstract Architecture. Satoshi is as relevant as ever and continues to make waves throughout the electronic music community as only he knows how.

I recorded this mix last week when I played a 4 hour set in Scheveningen . It was a nice,covered beach club tent in a rainy night but the vibe couldn't have been any better. Thanks to all of you that came to dance. I really enjoyed playing for you. See you next summer JT.

Anyone who has experienced a Mark Broom techno session will know full well that as well as bean famous for deploying the harder persuasions of his adopted genre he also has a way to maintain an energy and vibrancy that can drive a room at any portion of a night. An integral part of the UK's techno story Broom began his journey in the early 90's inspired by the emerging sound of Chicago and Detroit, he then went onto lend his own take to the style going onto release across some of the world's most respected imprints, Mo'wax, Warp, R&S included, over the last two decades and becoming a firm part of his home land's pioneering scene. Earning the respect of those that first inspired him, Broom has also spent this year alongside Robert Hood as part of his 20 Years of M Plant tour - a compatriot he will be joining in Room Two this November. In anticipation of this huge Detroit - UK hook up Broom has recorded an exclusive promo mix to show us what he's filling his sets with at the moment the perfect anticipation builder for the night ahead...
