We Are What We Are

Playing around on Derek's drumset.  Didn't know I was being recorded.  Chopped up the drum beat and layered MIDI on top.

Did a few edits.  Extended the bass groove section.  Removed a note from the bass line.  Added a blippity bloopity track.  Improved the mix a little.

So It Goes (some progress)

A few finishing touches.  Slowed down the slow jam at the end.  Rearranged a few things and added tweaked a few sounds.

This may be the final version of this one.  Added some ambience to the drums.  A few minor level adjustments (and one not so minor).  Added some trippiness at the end.  Best heard through headphones!

The title I thought sounded nice and it seemed to fit the sound.  It isn't an actual belief of mine, although it is an interesting thought..

One I've posted before, but the drums sucked.  I deleted them, and then decided the thing sounds great without drums.
