If I was to remix a track could it be in a different style and tune? or does it have to be the same tune?

Hiya. I've been thinking about this contest for a long while. I know a lot of you guys, not all, but a lot of you really like the SPONGETALE music and art I make for the AU. I wanted those who like the AU to have a chance to show just how much they love it. So here we are with this contest.

Here's the specifics for the contest:

The contest submission time period will last for a month after this announcement has been made live. (So February 1, 2017.) Then there will be approximately a one to two week period of me listening to all of them and judging them based on the criteria below. I will be uploading new non-SPONGETALE songs once every three days from the day this is uploaded until the contest's submission deadline.

1. Anyone that isn't blocked by me can participate.
2. The remix cannot be of a combination AU with Spongetale (eg. Spongeswap, Spongeshift, etc). It has to be an original-styled remix of a Spongetale song of your choosing.
3. The song cannot be a song made prior to the contest announcement. It must be made for the contest.
4. Meme remixes/mashups will not be accepted. They'll be appreciated, but not accepted.
5. It is preferred that your song is uploaded to Soundcloud.
6. To submit your song, you must send the link to the song to me via private messages on Soundcloud. If it's not submitted there, it will not be counted.
7. Maximum one submission per person.
8. Submitting a song for another person will not be accepted and will void both your submission (if you did submit one for yourself) and the other person's.
9. Resubmissions after disqualification will not be allowed.
10. Recreations are fine and are accepted.
11. You cannot make a remix of a song that has not been released yet. (This is a given, but it still needed to be said.)

Art
- NSFW is fine
- Nothing actually illegal (eg. no NSFW of real life minors, no IRL pedophilic pairings, etc.)
- The artwork will be sent via private messages unless stated otherwise by the requester.
- Preferrably no human art please, I'm a furfag.
- Undertale requests are preferred, but I won't turn down a good non-Undertale request.
- If you want the art to be of your AU, it has to have at least 3 parts in a comic, at least 5 official designs, and/or at least 15 official OST songs of the AU prior to the contest.
- I reserve the right to deny you your request from result of our interaction discussing the request.

Music
- No Long Elevator, Ooo, or Barrier remixes.
- No songs for AUs that's a combination of Spongetale with any other AU.
- The song will be uploaded to my Soundcloud unless stated otherwise.
