This is the second track off Keonico's 'What's On Television?' EP, releasing the 13th of July 2018.

"ABC Kids has always been a central point of my childhood. 
I can vividly recall those hot summer days where I'd get home from school, jump onto the couch, switch on my overly sized television set and just sit back, relax and watch Justine Clarke talk about everything a five year old could ever dream of; craft and toys.
This inspired me to recapture those memories in a song based purely around samples from those late 90's / early 00's Aussie shows."

Jewels (feat. Alleyne) / Talkin’ Rough (feat. Flxgod) is the second release off my album Be Someone Else, an experimental music project centred around the idea of ‘change’. 

Inspired by the production of electronic artist’s RL Grime, What So Not and KAYTRANADA, these two tracks are a team up between myself and Aussie hip-hop act’s Alleyne and Flxgod. This is most definitely my raunchiest material to date.

A 19 year old music producer and songwriter from Sydney, who used to be in a group of four, then got downgraded to a group of two, and now is in a group of one :). 

I find myself inspired by samples when I produce my tracks on Ableton Live. It is the power music has to make us think, make us feel things, allow ourselves to explore parts of our self that we don't usually explore which I find truly fascinating about it. I believe that music can tell us stories, reveal to us who we are, what we can do, why we are human beings, because at the end of the day, music speaks to people; that's why it is so important and that's what I wish to achieve; creating music that is more than just a sound but a message.
