Working in Lisbon electronic music's most modern and enticing fringes since 2006, Maria Amor's story is intertwined with naive and naivety from even before the get-go: her influence and support helped shape these labels and their sound, so it's with enormous love + respect that we release her first solo EP, with the fittingly poetic title 'Her Roses Dance Louder Than Tears'. 

In this EP, bold, future-facing production goes hand in hand with melodic incantations - experimentation peeks at every corner, and even Maria Amor's own vocals flourish in both textural and lyrical ways. Her active role in her hometown as a careful selector and word-spreader (is this a proper word?) for genres like dubstep, club, uk funky, uk garage and beyond timelessly transpires in her current sound, which nevertheless remains highly personal, brave and outstanding.

@saud (säwdā', saudade, sud) colors the vitalist legacy of hardcore continuum's leftfield and breakbeat patterns with hyper-modern, iridescent gradients, gravitating towards a contemporary, post-techno form of rhythmic psychedelia. 

Alongside Dorian Fuk, he is the founder of @sutra_club - Belgrade club night and radio show focused on future-oriented electronic music that has brought artists such as Aïsha Devi, Lakker, Mumdance, Batu, E-Saggila, Peder Mannerfelt, Minor Science, Eomac, Arad, Jonas Yamer, STAANA & N/OBE to Belgrade. 

SAUD plays with great intensity across different genres, rhythms and tempos, bringing special focus on dynamics, physicality and unpredictability.

Besides holding a SUTRA residency at @drugstorebeograd and playing clubs across the country, 2019. had him play in Bologna, Munich, Istanbul and Ljubljana, as well as playing his first Boiler Room in Drugstore Belgrade, while 2020. began with a NYE rave in the desert outskirts of Cairo followed by the 1st bday rave of SUTRA and a Scandinavian debut in Oslo.
