When I saw that Dimatis was hosting a remix contest, I got super excited because I've always been a huge fan of his music. I genuinely think Dimatis has some of the best melodies to ever exist. I am super grateful to be given this opportunity to remix this amazing song. I tried doing something a little different by having a guitar carry the main drop melody. Hawaii-born and now based in Los Angeles, Kevin Cheung, better known as KEPIK, is a Chinese-American multi-genre dance music producer known for crafting immersive soundscapes and emotionally charged melodies. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical styles, KEPIK refuses to be boxed into a single genre. Instead, he fuses elements of melodic bass, dubstep, trap, trance, and more, creating cinematic sonic journeys that resonate deeply with listeners.
