Kern is the creation of Guido Schuurman, a multi-instrumentalist Architect and Wim Adam, singer and lensman who have created a musical world that encompasses the essence of all sounds they ever adored. "It took us 40 years to get to it. But here we are, floating in our construct.“

It’s a collection of songs that can be charactarized as a mix of French electronic chansons grown from the seeds of Nick Cave while making tender love to Belgian pop.

The architect and the lensman created a world which they are ready to share. Considering that background, a sharing that will exploit both the musical and visuals side of the stage. The time is now to record their debut album Apparatus of Modernity.
