Wrote this song with my friend Evan Aimes. We'd leave the notebook open on the table and take turns adding lines whenever we passed by. Evan did all the guitar on this and editing. This ones from about 3 years ago.

I wrote this song while on Haida Gwaii, my friends dog on the couch beside me. Thank-you to Aline for recording this song and Simon for making it sound better.

Raised By Wolves

The songs on this EP come out of my own struggles with depression and anxiety. I used the writing and playing of these songs over the summer and fall of 2017 when I was at my worst to cope with, heal and reflect. I still use them. Recording these songs came out of and I quote myself "pissing in the wind and seeing what comes back and hits you in the face". What came back was very DIY approach, supported by my friend Rile in his office at home.

Well this song is for you, and literally everyone else who has to go to the store these days.
I wrote this song a few years ago to play before I had to go to the grocery store to calm my severe anxiety. It helped. Now maybe it can elp you too.
