Jaggernaut Whirling Dub is the ultimate transcendental trip to 'turn off, tune in' & enter the cosmic void. This classic album from Suns of Arqa presents four epic tracks, with sublime mixes from phenomenal producer Youth and sonic genius Greg Hunter, setting the stage with the massive opening track Jagnath Bhairavi. 
The music is based around Ancient Classical North Indian Ragas which are both timeless & magical. And feature the late great Ustad Kadir Durvesh on Shenai and multi-talented flautist and new age guru Tim Wheater. 
Maximum respect is due to Suns of Arqa creator and musical visionary Michael Wadada who supplies the full fat bass lines, creating a spaced out dub-dance experience of power, depth, and beauty - meditative and eternal.

Red Snapper's 1996 album 'Prince Blimey' was hailed as one of the most influential albums at the time.
It is still the favorite Red Snapper album of many fans and is as groundbreaking and fresh as it was 20 years ago.
As a result Red Snapper will be touring the album in 2017.

Mind and Soul Collaborators was released in 1993.

Back To The Planet had been touring pretty much non stop all over the UK on the university circuit & supporting bands such as, Pop Will Eat itself, Levellers, Nina Hagen, Meat Beat Manifesto and many more..We Also played a lot in France at several big festivals including Festival Du Rock in Brittany. It was hectic, but amazing at the same time.

This LP was made in a quiet period between tours.

It was released on Parallel records which was a subsidiary of London Records. The tracks were mostly recorded at Surrey Sound studios in Leatherhead ( now defunct ) Turtles was made at the Greenhouse in Old Street and it was all mixed at Metropolis in Chiswick. there were other studios but I can't remember which.

Management was Alex Holland

Publishing Westbury Music.

Our A&R People were Russell Stone, Pete Tong and Phil Howes.

Engineers on the record were Phil Dane, Ralph Jezzard and Chris Potter. 

We had remixes of Daydream by Orbital and Adrian Sherwood.

It was an experience, some good some not so good. Would we go through it if it happened again? No probably not, not that it would anyway. 

Still, the LP is there and that is something to be proud of. Enjoy a bit of BTTP history.
