Following the great success of Detroit Swindle's "Boxed Out" Album we present you the second single take out. Their collaboration with Mayer Hawthorne on “64 Ways" already gained massive support from DJ's and radio stations around the globe in the past weeks and we're proud to present you this remix pack with none other than Kerri Chandler, Kraak & Smaak and Detroit Swindle's remix of Detroit Swindle (Inception anyone?).

It's an honor to have one of the godfathers of House: Kerri Chandler on remix duties. He has been a great supporter of the guys over the past years, often showing off his piano skill over "Guess What" and generally supporting a lot of The Swindlers tunes. He turned the original version of "64 Ways" in a true Kerri "Kaoz" Chandler tune with the use of his trademark key progressions and drums. Don't miss out on the instrumental if vocals aren't really your thing.

The second remix is done by the guys themselves and oh boy what a monster tune it is! Stripped down to just a few basics from the original, adding a lovely filtered key loop, they made a deep dance floor burner in true Swindle style: "swing, drop, and everything else".

As a final to this fine remix pack we asked fellow Dutch house heads Kraak & Smaak to return the favor on the remix tip after Detroit Swindle remixed their track "The future is yours" with Ben Westbeech. They came up with a full on Disco House stomper, with a bass line that will stick with you for the rest of the day and an irresistible disco feel.

It's only so long before Liam Geddes becomes a name you'll start hearing on the worldwide underground stage. Having already churned out a number of uncompromisingly deep house tracks over the past couple of years, he comes armed with another exceptional EP on MIL - the third release on the new Music Is Love sister label - that further demonstrates his genuine dynamism as a producer. The With Closed Eyes EP should win this very talented producer the recognition his fresh beat work deserves Into the Wild gets proceedings underway; a ripping bassline paves out over rattling percussion shakes while oscillating dream like jingles play out during the course of the track. Chopped vocal samples are introduced and tease against the shuffling drums which elevates the track with real drive and groove. Close Ya Eyes for the Journey packs the same layer of heat with its similarly groove-heavy bassline - a staple of Geddes' well-crafted sound. Firmly footed, intermittent chimes seep into the track and are complemented by siren-like chords which grow truer in presence, until a hypnotic vocal snippet fulfils the deep terrains of the track. A Saint is a tumultuous techno-fused roller with it's rip-roaring bassline and percussive loops which rhythmically swing out over shuddering pads, sustained chords and a cut up female vocal, brining a twist of colour to the arrangements of the track. There's a keen sense of tension and release, elevating this above your average and confirms Geddes does depth and darkness with real conviction. Broke will surely prove a high point for any decent DJ set, and sounds like a cut you'd expect from someone like Delano Smith. Strings faintly play out over looped key chimes and a funk-like riff, while ticking hi-hats and a careful use of vocal sample gives the track extra heat, each element powered by the rumbling bassline

The next record from the bright young NDV stable comes from a couple of outrageously talented folk by the name of Chris Woodward (Buzzinfly) and Antanas Antanelis. This is the first record from these guys and they're no novices. This crafted and heavy hitting slice of house is a perfect fit for the NDV mould. The Magnificent Afrikaan Donce EP is full of chunky house tones, shades of MPC, hip hop and sample based house along with a tougher edge.

These guys have a lot of experience releasing music under alternative monikers for labels like Drumpoet Community, Buzzin Fly and others, but it's NDV who get the courtesy of presenting their first offering as the duo Chris & Antanas.

To top it off, this EP has 2 remixes which don't mess about. Both of these blew us away, it is safe to say this whole record came together easily. First up we have the man, the legend........ MR G!! Fresh off the back of a new album and with plenty of fuel still in the tank, Mr G picks up the pace and applies his trademark rolling housey/techno groove to some thick and moody pads. He brings out a pure evolving feeling with this super clean re-cut.

The icing on this already delightful cake comes from Manchester's man of the moment - Oli Furness. A good friend and the fearless leader of Music Is love and MIL. He is on red hot form at the moment and flips the B side with some absolutely funkadelic swagger and jazz-tastic remoulding of the original....we're marking this remix as his finest work yet.

That has earned this world-class DJ, producer the affectionate nickname the Stevie Wonder of House music.

As a skilled multi-instrumentalist and Dolby Atmos certified recording engineer with a propensity for tinkering under the hood, Chandler strives to understand every aspect of sound recording and amplification. Kerri is constantly pushing the boundaries of recording technology and live-performance sound systems. When this talented DJ, and producer is behind the decks at notable venues as diverse as Printworks in London and Sub Club in Glasgow, you are guaranteed to be awash in quality music that reflects his experience as a global performer. You can never anticipate what you’re going to experience. Seamlessly transitioning from live DJing to live jam session complete with keyboards, live vocals, and loops or perhaps merging mid- 20th century studio grade reel to reels as a mixing source combined with state-of-the-art custom projection mapping design, newly developed by Panasonic to create immersive 3D environments, complete with tracks Chandler blends together while simultaneously interacting with holograms of legendary vocalists that Kerri has collaborated with though out his career.

With a discography spanning three decades, Kerri's first release Super Lover/ Get It Off on Atlantic Records in 1991 set the stage for what was to become a signature sound. His creations launched a wave of admirers and imitators of his deep lush chords and soulful grooves that stir emotions and movement. In his continuous search to inspire and nurture new talent, he forged MadTech Records and the eclectic Kaoz Theory imprints soon followed becoming the flashpoint for such artists as the Martinez Brothers, Seth Troxler, and Tony Lionni.

Kerri having just released his latest album the 24-track homage to international nightlife “Spaces and Places”, jumps headlong into the world of spatial audio with Dolby Atmos This new immersive sound format allows sounds to travel through a space not merely backward and forwards but circles in all directions. With the international support of club owners and engineers, a total of 24 iconic night spots were transformed into recording studios infusing each track with the full sound characteristics of the rooms they were recorded in. Spaces diverse as London's Ministry of Sound, Paris Rex, Berlin’s Watergate, Barcelona’s Razzmatazz, or New York's Knockdown Center creating a whole new layer of complexity and accuracy. “If I wasn’t working doing the stuff I love doing, I’d probably work at Dolby,” Chandler says. “My job became my hobby, and my hobby became my job.”
