In this video, I want to talk to you about the concept of leavism. Leavism is where employees take leave, but actually work during their leave time. So, they use their annual leave or their working days to catch up with what they haven't completed. Doesn't sound right, does it? Something's not right with this model, but the concern for me is that it's on the increase and it's happening more and more, which will have a severe knock-on effect on mental health and well-being. So how do we reduce leavism within an organization?
