What is happening right now is that the workspace and work environment is moving exceptionally fast. Companies are growing and leaders are being promoted very fast, often before they are ready. And if we put our hands to our heart, we all have the imposter syndrome somewhere. We all are scared that we are not going to have the answer to something that is presented to us, but that doesn't make us less effective as a leader. What can we do to help those who suffer from the imposter syndrome?
