Highdub:
Highdub is a DJ producer based in San Miguel Allende, Mexico that has passed through various styles of music since an early age, such as African Music, Funk, Jazz, R&B and Hip Hop receiving guitar and African percussions lessons accordingly.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the national electronic scene. In 2018 he created a project called Rooftop Sessions introducing a brand new musical and artistic style in the city. 2021 has undoubtedly been a very important year in the trajectory of this versatile producer since in that year the first Dub Techno party was held in Mexico with two of the most iconic and pioneering representatives of the Dub Techno scene Ohm and Federsen. His musical style has been mainly influenced and supported by great artists like Ohm, Thor, Nae Tek, Kirill Matveev and Andrey Pushkarev just to name a few.

As I like to add some extra Seabra Monkey sauce to my mixtapes to give it my own flavour, I have edited some tracks. 
The opening track is my own and is remixed for this mixtape to fit it better. 
The original version is set for release on February 12th 2024. 
The track is personal as Lia is a long lost relative that came back into my life recently. 
She is a big fan of what I do and to honor her I have created this track especially for her!

I have experienced a lot of different electronic types and styles during my musical biography which began in the 8oies as a teen with Postpunk and dark wave and develloped further with Ska, Reggae, Jungle, Drum 'n Bass and Techno. Reggae and the Jamaician Soundsystem Culture had also a big influence to me, after visiting Jamaica for two times at the end of the 90ies...

Dubtechno became a very special role to me cause of its introvert meditative attitude which fits very good to me now in the present time.

So music is much more than entertainment to me and shaped my personality by getting much energy from it.
And this is something, what I want to bring over in my diverse and genres overarching mixes.

P.S.: I distance myself from any extremist ideas and religious or political brainwashing attitudes. As well as stigmatization of any kind. I do this to the best of my knowledge and belief.
