Back2Basics was formed in September of 2015 by Dave Keset, as place for the House Music fans to hear 4/4 music, and not the commercial edm and dubstep that dominates in Spokane. 
He wanted to put the spotlight back on the music, like it used to be. 
No VIP tables/bottle service. 
Just good music played by good djs.

Now its grown into a community of music lovers, from all over the Spokane area and beyond! 
The Back2Basics dj roster was also expanded to consist of Josh Johnsson, Mad Davies, & Imri303.
Typically we try do a monthly event, and specifically focus on underground House & Techno sounds. 
We've had guests like Dj Dan (LA), Donald Glaude (SD), Hatiras (Toronto), JedX (SF), Gabriel & Dresden (USA), Rescue (CO), Mena (PDX), Joel DeMarzo (LA), The Rose City Underground (PDX), Jeremiah (Boise), Mr Bootsauce & Christi Mills (LA) as well as all of Spokanes underground djs play for us. 
As a small city dominated by edm/bass, we've managed to carve out our own community, and have a dedicated fanbase of house music lovers!
