The duo consisting of Birmingham-based Tyler O'Neill and Connor Gibbs from Hull are making wakes over the scene, with their productions gaining support from the likes of Jesse Maas, DJOKO, Julian Anthony, Artmann, Watsche and many more.

The mix is a blend of their own productions, as well as tracks from some of the biggest hitters in the scene right now - big summer vibes as we head closer and closer to normality 💃🔊

Sesh With Kesh is back for May and my guest is Nottingham-based DJ & Producer SEDDON

SEDDON is one of the five Loft Sessions residents, who are making a name for themselves with their signature big production events, they return to Birmingham this July 10th, with Michael James & Laidlaw.

Despite his artist career still blossoming, SEDDON already has a string of releases to his name so far, along with his popular download series, including his flagship track ‘MANDO’ - creatively taken from The Mandalorian.

The mix is a selection of his current favourite tracks, spanning from the more housey stuff, to his deeper and darker finds.

Next up on Sesh With Kesh we have up and coming Nottingham based DJ/Producer Harry Rowe. 

With influence coming from the likes of Apollonia, Diego Krause, Enzo Siragusa etc., you can expect Minimal vibes from the off, with occasional laces of House in his sets. 

Harry has been making moves in the underground scene in and outside of his hometown Nottingham, whilst tirelessly crafting his sound in the studio when away from the dancefloor. 

With releases on Whoyostro, Radar and Manipulated Frequency Records, along with more solid releases in the pipeline, Harry Rowe is definitely an artist to keep your eye on.

Not Brothers have played in some of London’s most prestigious venues & parties such as Basing, 93 Feet East, Rolling Stock, Lightbox and events such as Sankeys Ldn, Adobe, Beats LDN (Residents), Magna Carta (where they were previous residents there).

This is the second mix we've featured from Lee which shows how much I rate him as a selector. Lee is a DJ and producer who's all flying the flag for the midlands. This mix features some lovely UKG cuts and dubs 🔥

SWITCH:UP GUEST MIX SERIES 2 - #024 KESH LOI

Sesh With Kesh is back for February with none other than Momo. I recently sat down and got some ideas flowing amongst friends (including Momo) and decided from now on I'm going to be dropping an interview with the artists from now on. So here below we have a little Q&A from the main himself 🤩

Who are you?  

I am Momo/George. I'm a DJ from Lincoln, been mixing for around 6 years and have ended up currently playing a lot of 90s house, garage and trance.

Who inspires you? 

DJ wise the main inspiration for my mixing has to be Skream. Might be a weird choice seeing as we play different music but seeing him play All Night Long sets a few times, he really does push the boat out when it comes to bending genres, BPM's, vibes to create something really special. I always try and create something that feels alive in my mixes, slower parts and quicker parts, sections with a lot of agro and sections that are more discreet.

What is your sound? 

My sound is a blend of 90s progressive house, UKG, trance and techno, I play it all in this mix. A few parties over the last year or two have pushed me to play 'party music' basically meaning, if it sounds good to me and I would shake my ass to it, then I'll play it.

When did you start your journey? 

Summer 2016. I had been to festivals before then but when I started to go to house events at Uni and speaking to the promoters I got a pair of DDJ-SB2's ASAP. From there I just sat in my room mixing all day every day. I watched one video when I first got them on how to set them up but from then on, it was just all trial and error.

Where are you located and where do you wanna go? 

Lincoln, UK. Honestly, right now Manchester seems to be the place to be. I am originally from Essex, so moving back down south was always the plan but after visiting Manchester a few times it's obvious that's where any up and coming DJ's/Producers/Promoters etc need to be in the UK currently.

Why is music important to you? 

It's hard to put my finger on it. The music is amazing, it's cliche but its a 'good escape from the real world'. If I am 100% truthful it's actually more the dance floor that's important to me. The energy on a dance floor to me is magic. Both being in it and selecting music for it, it really is special. The happiness and the dancing and the smoking area chats and the old friends and new friends all being friends together, that's a really unique feeling you don't get anywhere else.

Sesh With Kesh 023 - Momo

We are back with March's edition and Loft Sessions resident Jay Lewis. This mix features a blend of all the flavours Jay's been digging old & new. I've got a tasty little Q&A which can also be read below ⬇️

Who are you?

My name is Jay Lewis, an Aerospace Engineer from Stourbridge. My passions are music, work, football and fitness. 

Who inspires you?

One of my biggest inspirations will be a surprise for most, but Ernest is at the top of my list. Easily one of the best, if not best DJ I have seen live, and yet most probably haven’t heard of him!
Others are St. Germain, PINDER, Sweely & Shonky. 
St Germain combines the fundamentals of house and Jazz perfectly, two genres that I adore. I love that Nathan has his PINDER alias to venture into another genre, both genres are ones I love! Sweely may as-well drop on a purple wizards gown when playing because the guys ability to play live is unreal, the wizard. And as for Shonky, someone needs to show that fella the naughty step because his sets are just damn RUDE.

What is your sound?

Over the last year since parties returned in July, I have really managed to hone in on my sound. Minimal/Romin is my main genre, but I just can’t help buying UKG & certain house records. 
I feel very fortunate that I have the ability and collection to sway through these genres when I want at home. It also gives me the scope to also vary my set when playing live. 

When did you start your journey?

2016 I got my first serato powered plug-in decks. The reason being was I constantly listened to House/Tech House at the time, so I thought why not play?
About a year later I invested in a XDJ-RX & Rokit 5’s, as I knew I wanted to start playing live music. From there, over a few years I started to buy turntables and a few records. The addiction became real and now I have around 550 records. 

Where are you located and where do you wanna go?

I am local to Birmingham. This is where I have played the majority of my bookings. I would love to be able to establish myself in the scene, but I know there is some great talent out there so I know it is neigh impossible to ‘make-it’, but I happy with whatever happens with my music.

Why is music important to you?

Most people people work hard, whether that be part-time or full-time and music is an escapism from normal life, especially on the dance floor. This also applies to me. And that is just listening to music.
DJing live is a mad feeling, being able to share some really under-heard records and to see the reaction from the crowd is satisfying. 
If I can show a room full of people at least one record they didn’t know they wanted to hear, then I am satisfied with my performance.

Sesh With Kesh 025 - Kesh Loi

We are back again for another edition of SWK and another member of the Loft Sessions crew Barry Onslow. We've also included a Q&A from the boy which can also be read below ⬇️

Who are you?

I’m Barry Onslow from Stourbridge, I work full time as an accountant but my true passion is music.

Who inspires you?

There are too many to list.. recently I have taken a big liking to SIT’s sets, their ability to switch it up between the deep tech and the darker sounding minimal shows how you don’t have to define yourself to one genre.


I’d say the biggest inspiration for me and I bet many others is The Martinez brothers, the energy they bring and the clear love they have for the music speaks volumes. Their sets aren’t the only thing I love about them, their productions are always a vibe and let it go I think will be one of my favourite songs for many years to come.


What is your sound?

I would say at the moment I’m most into my minimal however I don’t let one sound define my sets as the mix I have done for you today is the more UK sounding deep tech. Relating back to the last question SIT have really inspired me to have fun mixing both these sounds and not limit myself as I have a massive love for both these sounds.

When did you start your journey?

I first started loving dance music around the age of 16 and my first love was EDM, I haven’t now listened to EDM in years as my taste has matured since then but those days will never be forgotten! I also remember watching M4SONIC on youtube making songs with the ableton push and being mind blown with the creativity.

The journey really got going after attending my first few raves at the rainbow venues (RIP), every day my love for dance music grew stronger and stronger. I’ve been producing for 3 years now and DJing for a short while longer. I’m trying to hone my production skills before putting anything out there.. but I believe I’m not very far away!

Where are you located and where do you wanna go?

I currently live in Stourbridge and in terms of where I want to go I would say any opportunity to play music to people feels like a blessing and I’m enjoying my residency at Loft so let’s see where the journey takes us!

Why is music important to you?

I know it’s cliche to say but music really changed my life. I was very shy and introverted growing up and going out to raves really changed that for me, being able to connect with like minded people on the dance floor really bought something out in me. Music is like another language, the power it has to connect people is unmatched. Being given the opportunity to play music to people and hopefully give them the experiences I’ve had is one of the main reasons I love DJing.

Thought I'd drop the full clip of my track entitled 'Homage To Bheer' which incorporates a bit of my culture with my music. Some of the inspiration and sampling is from Panjabi Mc's track 'Bheer' hence the title. This tune was released as a part of the Syntho Records 003 VA alongside some other naughty garage numbers. Sesh With Kesh returned for the first episode of 2020 with a unreal mix from Leicester based DJ FULGRAM. Some serious selections in this mix ranging from after hours minimal to the bouncy groove we all know and love.

FULGRAM is a Leicester based selector that's has played almost every event the city has to offer in only 2 years of being behind the decks. With a constant flow of gigs behind him and a set in ibiza last summer there is only good things to come. He holds a residency at the sellout event KLOAKA where he keeps crowds bopping with his stripped back tech house and minimal pump. 2021 brings big things for FULGRAM as he has secured another residency that will see him step out of the midlands and start spreading his vibe across the globe so keep your eyes peeled.

Sesh With Kesh is truly back underway for 2021 and this month’s guest for edition 012 is no other than Loft Sessions Co-Founder Eddy Moore.

Loft Sessions are establishing themselves as one the hottest up-and-coming brands in the scene, with their pre-covid parties bringing in some of the biggest artists in the game including Rich NxT, Lauren Lo Sung, The Willers Brothers and a whole host of others.

As well as shelling it at every Loft event, Eddy Moore has played at some of Birmingham’s most iconic venues over the years, most notably playing in the infamous Blackbox for Steve Lawler’s ViVA Warriors in 2019.

A true crate digger, Eddy’s ever-growing vinyl collection features sounds spanning all sides of the Minimal & House spectrum, this is showcased in the mix, as it takes you on a journey through an hour of moods and grooves.
